This is a Block Community Health Centre (CHC) established in the year 1962 to provide Curative, Promotive and Preventive Health Care services to the People of Udaypur Block through one 24X7 Non FRU CHC and its 5 Primary Health Centres, 23 Sub Health Centres. This Hospital has got ISO 9001:2015 Certification on 23rd February 2021 for 3 years. All of its PHCs have got Kayakalpa Award together for last three years for providing better and quality health care to the patients. We provide Free Treatment Services, Free Diagnostic Services, Free Delivery Services, Free Drugs services, Free Ambulance and Diet Services.
